The City of Ottawa used to host a large archive of transit-related documents from OC Transpo's 2000s era. However, in September 2025, these were removed from the web, ostensibly for accessibility reasons, and are now only available upon request.
Before the removal, I downloaded a large amount of documents, anything which I thought was relevant to understanding the institutional and planning constraints of OC Transpo in the 2000s. I have reproduced these documents on this blog as a public service.
1999 and Earlier
